Hello all, The newly revised Guidelines for Effective Institutional Piano Maintenance is now available on the CAUT website (in PDF format): http://www.ptg.org/caut.php/Guidelines/guidelines.pdf The print version is also available through the Home Office. I have not seen it personally, but I've heard that it looks great!
