I ran some graphs on your numbers:

If you go for 3/4 medium for Strike Weight, that's about what you have now, 
and a 5.8 strike weight ratio, then you'll end up with Front Weights about 
what you have now.  You'll have to cut off heels and move both heel and 
capstan line because you'll have to move the capstan line quite a 
bit.  Make sure the new heels conform to the straight line rule in the new 
position....

The problem is the high key ratios.
