Then down the page you will see the year 2004. Under that there is a link "Antitrust Policies 2004." That's it! Incidentally, I'm glad the subject was brought up on this list. I think it is much better we understand these things than to just take someone's word for it, even if it is our PTG board, whom we elected and trust. Understanding it helps me deal better with the limitations imposed by the policy, even if I don't agree with them.
