[CAUT] Symptom descriptions

Hi,
    Short thread on the other list where I've asked about the descriptions, 
from players and artists, of the performance characteristics when the 
problem is very flexible keys. I know that quite often the player is 
describing a condition, not a problem, and they can be unrelated, or...
misinterpreted.
    Curious as to what you may have heard that helped you diagnose 
flexi-key syndrome.
