This is a pneumatic impact hammer, available at any hardware, etc, store. The difference is the bit that is in it, hollowed out on the end to fit over a tuning pin. I've been using a pistol type air hammer to drive pins for years. I bought an old chisel, like the muffler shop uses, for a couple of bucks at a flea market and paid a local machinist 10 or 15 bucks to modify it for me. I love my air hammer and wouldn't use anything else. The only thing special about this one is that it comes with the appropriate bit. BTW, the pistol type, like I use, go for under $50, and palm types are only a little more. $189 plus shipping seems a lot to pay for a tuning pin bit. Ken Z.
