4',  front 8',  back8'   is a common order of pluck, and no, they should 
not pluck together.

All should pluck before key hits bottom, (d'uh) ...not so spread that the 
last sometimes fails, but not so close that they feel simultaneous.
-trial and error until you find that happy compromise.
