[CAUT] Tool for removing capstans

Capstan speed wrench, slightly smaller (about 70%) than real life. They 
must be okay, because so many have disappeared from classes. I used sticker 
(drop lifter) wire. The ASCII pic is shown horizontal, but the tool is used 
vertically, of course.
