This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Hi Ed, =20 They're coils with string ties.=20 =20 What I was trying to eliminate is any rewinding, etc. if possible. "Just plop in a new coil and string like the wind..." Fred has what I think I remembered (Bolduc).=20 =20 Yeah, I may just do the canister thing, but once the CAUT people start we usually end up with a better mousetrap! =20 Regards, Jim =20 =20 =20 ________________________________ From: caut-bounces@ptg.org [mailto:caut-bounces@ptg.org] On Behalf Of ed440@mindspring.com Sent: Wednesday, November 09, 2005 3:01 PM To: College and University Technicians Subject: Re: [CAUT] Large wire spool? =20 Jim- Are these large rolls on spools, or are they just large coils held together with wire twists? When I ordered Pure Sound it was just in large coils, not on spools. Is there any reason not to rewind it into smaller coils and put it into canisters? You would have to make a roll winding gadget for this. Ed S. =20 ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
