The "Keyes Impact Lever" from Schaff, of course!! :-) I believe there are some Mehaffey clones being made as well. Pianotek had them at one time. I would suggest that you adapt the handle to put on a larger, more ergonomic grip, which will be easier on the hand. It's easy to put on, and more comfortable to use. Joe Goss makes one as well.
