---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment By the way, I just bumped into the Tuba professor. His is a Mahaffey (forgive my spelling if this isn't correct) impact hammer. He seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the history of the tool. He said Mahaffey never intended the tool for fine tuning. It was designed specifically to lessen fatigue during rough pitch raising. *&^%*()(%$%# thing won't work! Must be the %^*&X@# hammer's fault!
