The most uncomfortable for me was going out on stage at half-time to replace a broken treble string during our keyboard festival, one of my first years here. I could feel the eyes and ears of all the piano faculty and the clinician as well as the rest of the audience. I got a round of applause when I was done and about ready to slink off-stage.
