I had one of those this summer. A moving and storage company 
discovered that someone had dumped a stored S&S M on it's top at 
some point in the last three years of storage. Broke the plate, as 
well as one dag. Didn't check the tuning, but even if it was 
perfect, I don't suppose it would much matter under the circumstances.
