It's a difficult area to live in, unsettled from the mass migration after the New Orleans hurricane, humid, hot, and probably the work is spread out enough to require quite a bit of driving. Obviously, from how overworked Lance is, there's a need for several competent tuners in the area. Either the area has a shortage of tuners, or it has a shortage of _excellent_ tuners -- either way, the fees Lance quoted, given the runaway inflation built into today's economy, don't seem exorbitant. Susan Kline, who doesn't plan to move from Oregon in this lifetime.
