[CAUT] Everett Model??

While we're on the subject of the Everett's, and since a number of us
continue to have to deal with them, does anyone have any ideas about why the
bass is seldom tonally up to the rest of the instrument, especially if one
applies any light voicing technique evenly over the entire compass of the
instrument. That is, the bass always seems to be a bit too weak when
compared to the rest.
