[CAUT] 1098 slight redesign

Ah, I see you've graced our fair state!

Is there a good way to lighten the bridge w/o removing it, the plate,
etc.? Not that I'm necessarily lazy... I'd just not like to have to at
this juncture.

Well...the sea wall along the RR tracks across the South end of Salt 
Lake could use reinforcement....

Sorry...couldn't resist...actually, I think lightening the bridge 
and/or cutting a trench might have some value.  As you note, lots of 
mass there.
