Hi Mark, What are your "tolerances" for A4? If they are 4 cents or less then adequate humidity and temperature control has to be within 5%. Possible to do but ultra expenses via HVAC Your Radio shack device is very inaccurate at the extreme ends of its range. Probably about + or - 10% at a 20% reading.
