[CAUT] Leg support blocks- and movers

SInce the wedge support blocks are becoming loose, make larger ones.
Either install a back-up/support block for reinforcement or replace the
block with a wider one which will accommodate 4 to 6 screws; bolts even,
on the rear leg.

The existing cleat is under-structured. One row of screws is not enough
to take the force exerted by the wedge.
