Hi Ted,
    Ed McMorrow's book has been out of print for maybe 20 years (or, more
accurately, it was printed once about 20 years ago and not since, at least
to the best of my knowledge). A few years back I thought I'd like to get
hold of a copy. No Luck. I just checked the internet, and found you can get
a "rare" copy for $150 - $250.
