Jim, Yes, we have instituted a prepping program for all pianos sold to the LDS church on their special program. The individual FM groups (maintenance offices) should supply the forms with each new piano delivered. (White on jack) By the way, Friday I prepped a new RX2 and a UST7 for a church and was amazed at what Kawai is now paying for that. I guess I shouldn't post it on line, but it certainly makes it WAY good for the tech. especially considering how little there really is that the tech needs to do! (They come in VERY good shape, spec wise.) You can send me any of those jobs for sure. Other CAUTs should know about this.
