Tony, I have been using the hands off locks for years and never had a problem. Is it just the one that is giving you all the trouble? I like them but I could see the advantage of being able to change the locks on a pad lock friendly design. How is Meryl treating you up there? We miss her here but the new director came in this summer and he is doing really well too.
