Avery, into each life some rain must fall. You're going to get soaked. You have to first raise the upstop rail. The screws are hiding back there somewhere. Once that is lifted, you can raise the damper, and flip the top treble ones upside- down to unscrew from the top flange. The heads can be centered over the unison with the screw motion.
