[CAUT] Lack of low-frequency response

There is something I've been wondering about with regard to these 
riblets.  When gluing on... do folks make any attempt to dry out the 
panel so as to avoid tension cracks later on ?

    Try the Fandrich Riblets to add stiffness. I recently received my
    box of 10
    and am looking/waiting for a victim.
