Here they are (below). 

You might want to purchase all the Journals on CD-ROM. They are available for 
the years 1979 thru 2005, plus another 80 or so articles from earlier issues 
in the Reprint Kit CD. Members can purchase these 324 issues (about 5 feet of 
Journals on the shelf) for $75, and add the Reprints for another $20. These 
CDs are searchable, printable, etc. They are all available at the PTG Store. Go 
to:

Then select Shop Online. The prices you will see are for the public/non-PTG. 
For instance, the price shown for the 20-year CD is $295, but it is sold to 
members for only $35.
