[CAUT] Ohaus SC4010 scale

My scale, Ohaus SC4010, commonly sold for touchweighting, keeps giving
me an "err 1" in the window. Is there a reset method to fix this or is
this a "sent it to the shop" thing?? I don't have a manual and can't
find anything on line. The usual button punchings don't fix it.
