a brick-and-mortar store and they do work on these things.  If you
ordered it, call the place where you ordered it.

Something must be wrong because it won't let me calibrate. Nothing is
working. I can't get to menu like the manual says. Do "electronic
repair" shops do this or is this a manufacturer thing? Sometimes it's
better to buy a new one, after all the expense is considered, but this
is over $180.00. I wish there was a simpler way, a button to push, etc
