[CAUT] CAUT credential vs. academic program?

Face it, the work sucks but that's where you want to be.

Aside from trying to 'pump-some-sunshine-up your-skirts' with
"extra credentials"; no one cares.  And why would you want to
need more credentials to qualify for the same job? % ??

They'll pay what they pay as long as someone keeps filling the jobs.

Sorry guys but this thread is outliving its usefulness.  It's a hard sell,
you'd do better trying to sell them a better potato chip.
