I thought I'd post again the test results of the relocation various 
action components:

Survey of C4:
a. original survey
b. Reshape hammers/taper/re-arc tails
c. move knuckles out 1mm on shank to 18.5mm
d. move stack back 3mm  (Strike Point Correction)
e. alter FW to target 38 BW

This piano does not play like your normal PianoDisc. The player work 
better too.
