Hi- One of our talented local rebuilders (Ken Hannah) taught me the trick of using the rosewood core of old knuckles to slip into stripped S&S flange holes for quick and lasting good repair. Just clip off the leather and felt, then trim to appropriate size and insert with a small drop of glue.
