[CAUT] pictures of new key weighting patternsounds good Jon, I'm not against fast altogether when it is part and parcel with good. How is drill bit clogging?

    For one thing there is no glue line



  I use PVC-E glue to glue in plugs so it will not produce a hardened
  area as much as a Titebond, epoxy or similar product.  Drill bit
  wandering is not an issue in the case anyway but time is.
