Jim- Unhook the spring from the loop, then back off both regulating screws. You'll get about 8 degrees of free movement to feel or measure. At least you will if I've pulled the right wippen from the trash box. Come on, it's a Baldwin. Just paint it with Zebra stripes or cover it with blue suede and get Elvis to sign the plate.
