[CAUT] Key Spacing: The Distal End

The L/R position of the balance rail hole determines where
the end of the key lies. Consider, if they were drilled correctly
to begin with or if the shoes were reglued incorrectly.

I recently spaced the back end of keys which were a victim of
misglued shoes by relocating balance rail holes.
