[CAUT] Underlever Felt

For this Baldwin SD 10 the underlever springs are hard to reach.  I'm wondering about the Hart tool that I use for rep. lever springs. - do you think that would work to reach in there and strengthen those springs?

I elevate the tray and place
each underlever on a block
which is on the
