Tuned for a private client this morning, a wonderful gal in her late sixties who lives alone. She had decided yesterday to move the piano a little before I came. When she lifted slightly on the nose of the piano the leg fell off onto the floor. The movers who set it up hadn't locked the legs in place. Luckily, she had some sturdy pottery underneath that managed to save her leg, the floor , and the piano. -- Mick Johnson, R.P.T.
