Well, that probably is the answer. I'm not sure they ever settled down.
Bruce Clark of Mason & Hamlin/Wessell, Nickel & Gross has designed a program for solving action problems of the M & H A.If I understand, you enter the measurements of the action as it is, and it will propose the best resolution. I believe it will be free for the using on the WNG web site before long.
