[CAUT] Strange capstan reconfiguration.

My guess is the originals were angled. The new capstans at 90 degrees  
would then be close to the originals in where they contact the wipp  
heels. Probably moved back at most only a couple mm. I just did  
something similar, so this looks very familiar to me.
