Nope, Cy, it's wire mesh, with sound absorbing panels down below. There are 3 large gray panels on the steel supports, so those probably reflect a little. They are textured in such a way as to scatter the sound, at least. But the actual "floor" is about 8 feet down or so. Drop a tool in there, it's hard to get back.
