I'm all in favor of raising the bar in all aspects of this profession....
Seems that the institutional techs have done the R & D for the manufacturer...

>From what I understand, this wire would be great for 19c instruments...I can imagine that an Erard Grand will relax and sing with this wire....

An idle thought....For those areas that have enough moisture to make the strings rusty, I'm thinking that the rust will be the thin end of a big wedge of other issues including lack of tone and tight actions...Is it not possible to treat the problem of the moisture at source...?
