[CAUT] Hand, arm and neck pain‏

Jon,

I hope it helps you!

One thing I think about the taping is that I'm going to a specialist until I know how to tape for my own particular needs. Miki, the massage therapist, taped my arm in a way I never would have thought of. And she only did so after examining me, massaging my arm and asking about where it hurt.

I looked at many of the YouTube videos--Thanks Mike!--and noticed that several of them gave different procedures for the same complaint.

Diane

Dianne,
Thanks for this info. I've ordered a roll from bandagesplus.com.
http://www.bandagesplus.com

I'm hoping it will help with back and shoulder strain. Having recently
undergone carpal tunnel surgery on my right wrist, the neck and
shoulder has eased up.

it's always something...
