I'll "third" it. Best thing available. Not only will it remove grand hammers, but it will pop upright hammers right off too. Yes, it pushes throught the thin wood of upright hammers but does it easily.

I would second the purchase of Jurgen's tool. Extremely east to use and leaves the head and shank intact. Best on the market.
