Hi Roger,

I enjoyed your class last=
week. Phil Ford just delivered a SD-10? =
1981...it acually only says SD on the plate...he installed=
Ronsen Wurzen hammers and the piano is very nice. He=
lacquered the top only. I do have a slightly weak=
spot at the top of the 1st treble section that I might=
lacquer...sort of a continuance of his high treble=
lacquering. All in all the piano has plenty of everything,=
but I'm still getting to know.

David=

Hi=
Jeff,
&=
nbsp; Try the Ronsen, Werzen felt. It=
will be very close. They were a softer cold pressed=
hammer, usually juiced in the top and bottom octave. Use 4:1=
lacquer to lacquer thinner. Let harden for 2 or 3 days=
before further voicing for best results.

Regards=
