sites, period. By functional, I mean some sort of
interactive options where, for example, someone might report a problem or make
a request. Is this being done, for the most part, with Email
alone? If, for any reason, you feel reticent about publishing the
address on the list, you can send it privately. If you
have one which is only accessible with ID, I'd still be interested to
