contents would be about some joke Newton had written... then it =
dawned on
me and I began opening the messages and reading them...</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Newton and I go back a long time, =
I visited
Newton and the family when they were in Dallas, later Newton came up =
here and
spent a week with us on a number of occasions. He was always a =
very
considerate guest and so nice to be with, I think he had something =
rare,
he had nobility of character. He was generous: with his time and with =
his money,
too. We talked on the phone often and about many topics ranging =
from
pianos to relationships, politics, philosophy and all kinds of =
others. He
was a close friend, I shall miss him</FONT></DIV></BODY></HTML>
