are doing is “On The Transmigration of Souls” which <st1:place
w:st="on">Adams</st1:place> wrote for the NY Philharmonic after the 9/11
attacks. Premiered Sept., 2002.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

protests or breakage. I wore eye protection. This Baldwin M is from the mid 60s
with the original strings. There are even some string splices in the last capo
section which have held just fine.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

...Been there...Done that...your plan is just fine...harder to get it back down
than to get it up, as it were.<br>

Is there anything on the program that might be upset by that tuning?
And/or, is there anything that requires other preparation? Depending on
the condition of the <st1:place w:st="on">Baldwin</st1:place>, it is in my mind
to suggest using an instrument with newish strings...returning to
"normal" pitch might be less treacherous.<br>
