One of the curved rails ended up 1/2 inch from the soundboard, pointed at it, but didn't go into it. Bob and Marcia Davis came over and helped me get it on its feet again, with the help of four automotive jack stands. Tuners Supply replaced the tilter -- I bought bigger nuts and bolts, and had a customer weld some heavy struts to the curved part, so that it wouldn't close up even if the support from the square part was removed. Lucky it was no worse than that ...
