It is not a usable attachment, per se. If you open it with
Word/Wordpad/Notepad, you will see that Vince is probably/possibly using
Microsoft Mail, which likes to include a "dat" file with a
bunch of encoded message-specific information (which is essentially
meaningless to non-MS programs).<br><br>
Also, in terms of checking, the point is that, once again, the problem is
not at all S&S-specific, but, since they are the self-proclaimed
"standard piano of the world", everyone looks to them to behave
that way. <br><br>
