I’d sure like to know where that 90% who reported “less than 25%” for “Institution of Higher Education” broke down. I suspect that at least 25% of that group is “greater than zero” but the data leaves it as simply anyone’s guess. The question on the draft survey had those percentages as open-ended (fill in the blank). I suspect the survey firm decided to streamline and make it easier to do input. A shame.
