I wrote a book review in the last PTJ, of a book called a Guide to Musical Temperament, and mentioned that it had within it instructions for a temperament spreadsheet. The spreadsheet allows you to input three ways, one of which is to enter cents offsets. It then calculates all sorts of other things, including beat rates of M3s. I went to the trouble of setting up that spreadsheet in Excel. I'll attach it, along with a read me file (in both rtf -rich text - and html versions) about its use.
