<DIV>I would be interested in an informal survey of what and how old
your performance pianos are and what your replacement programs are. It
would probably also be helpful to know the size of your music dept &/or
schools. FSU has only 4000 students, 70 music majors. </DIV>

<DIV>Not to complain about the situation from which I was fired, but part
of the problem is that there is no program for replacing the pianos, much
less a budget for parts to keep the instruments they have at their peak
performance. UA has 25,000 students, and the School of Music has 450
majors, both undergraduate and graduates, with 35 full time faculty and
6 adjuncts. </DIV>
