Hi Lawrence, Sherman Clay Pianos in Seattle has (or had) an "in-house" tech who mainly did cabinet refinishing and poly touch up.  His name is Angel Orozco who is from Mexico City.  I don't have SC's number, but I'm sure it's on the internet.  They are the sole supplier of Steinway in Washington.  He might know some good techs and the piano scene down there.
