<DIV>There's a difference between having the notes not play, and keys not going
down. If he doesn't want to have the keys go down, then adding front rail
punchings would be the best way to go. But if he doesn't want the notes to play,
but still have the key go down, then remove the hammer, shank and flange and
add jiffy weights to the back of the keys.</DIV>
